Return & Refund Policy
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
You (“the Purchaser”) may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not yet been shipped. Once a product has shipped, the Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges incurred, including return shipping costs in accordance with the Standard Return Policy set forth below.
STANDARD RETURN POLICY:
Standard Returns involve the return of Ptahcron products that were purchased directly from Ptahcron and delivered to the Purchaser free of any damage or defects. Unless otherwise stated, Ptahcron accepts Standard Returns on any of its products subject to the following conditions:
- New Condition:Any returned products must be in NEW condition. NEW condition means the product is free from any use, wear, damage, or alterations at the time the returned product is delivered to Ptahcron. Products that are not in NEW condition are ineligible for return and no refund will be issued.
- Return Shipping: The Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. Ptahcron is not liable for products that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All risk of loss remains with the Purchaser until the returned product is delivered back to Ptahcron. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking. This will allow you to monitor the status of your return and provide proof of delivery. If you have any concerns about the return shipping process, please feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be issued only after a returned product arrives at a designated Ptahcron facility, and Ptahcron verifies that the product has been returned in NEW condition. The Purchaser should allow reasonable time for Ptahcron to process and inspect the return prior to receiving a refund. Ptahcron will provide a full refund(less shipping fees) for the product only. No refunds will be issued for return shipping costs.
DEFECT RETURN POLICY:
Defect Returns involve the return of Ptahcron products purchased directly from Ptahcron that were delivered to the Purchaser in defective condition. Unless otherwise stated, Ptahcron accepts Defect Returns on any of its products subject to the following conditions:
- Contact Our Customer Service Team: To initiate a defect return, the Purchaser must first contact our customer service team by emailing info@ptahcron.com and providing details about the defect.
- Return Shipping: The Purchaser is responsible for all upfront return shipping costs. Ptahcron is not liable for products that are lost during return shipping. All risk of loss remains with the Purchaser until the returned product is delivered to Ptahcron. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be issued only after the returned product arrives at a designated Ptahcron facility and is verified to be defective. The Purchaser should allow reasonable time for Ptahcron to process and inspect the return prior to receiving a refund. Ptahcron will provide a full refund for the product and reimburse the Purchaser for all reasonable return shipping costs to return the product to the nearest Ptahcron facility.
